Refund Policy

At Blend Pixel Studio, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of our digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded.

If you have not yet downloaded the product and wish to request a refund, we will gladly accommodate your request. All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

We follow applicable consumer protection laws to the best of our ability. For cases where a product has already been downloaded, refund requests will be evaluated individually. We consider factors such as product functionality, accuracy of the store description, and compatibility across engines.
